So I recently bought a new mobo. My old mobo was an MSI and so I had all of the applications installed like Fast Boot. And naturally they don't work with my new mobo as it's been making sure to tell me every time i boot up. The problem is I can't simply uninstall them. When I go to control panel it tells me that the programs are missing so resinstall them and try again. And when I try to just delete the folders manually it's telling me that they're in use. I'm not sure what to do.

I think something is on the fritz because some of my programs simply arent working. I uninstalled Vuze and tried to reinstall it and I can't. And I uninstalled League of Legends only to reinstall it and have it say it's not working as well. I'm not sure what's going on with my system.
