You seem to have a hardware issue, perhaps related to your Network Adapter. The boot process seems to be attempting to load the drivers. Boot in Safe Mode and allow the white screen to persist for at least an hour. This is to allow the computer to load all drivers it may. Perhaps that would complete the boot process.

Then the mis-configuration is in the HD containing Windows Vista. In order to use that HD, you will need to reformat.
Be aware that switching hard drives may have Windows deactivated due to a change in hardware.
