I'm kinda new at this so if I've posted in the wrong place just give me directions. I had this Spy Sheriff thing on my Windows XP. I have been able to remove the program for good I hope. The problem I have now is my desktop picture is the SYSTEM STOPPED of which I cannot change, even lost my desktop icons. How do I remove this screen. MUCH THANKS TO ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME!

I was wrong I still have SPY SHERIFF. Where do I file a complaint against the people who wrote this program?
