Hello, I have been hit with this nasty trojan virus. I have been trying to restore the computer but this malware seems to be blocking it.  I was able to download Malwarebytes from google chrome and once i tried to install it, it says "Requested resource is in use" and I cant even clean it up. So then I was recommended Malwarebytes root kit and it works and everything until while it is scanning, around 1000-6500 malware has been found, the program stops and says (not responding) at the top! And when I try to boot in safe mode with networking and it will open up the extract window, but after extracting nothing happens. The program doesn't pop up.

Let it stay in the not responding state for 2 hours.

If you have already tried that length of time

Try running MBAR via mbar.cmd, that can be found in the MBAR folder on your desktop.
