I am using Windows 10, Google Chrome. Within 10 minutes of opening a file or web site the screen freezes. I am unable to close out, open another file or site or move around the screen. The only way to release is ALT/CONTROL/DELETE-log off and re start. What has happened? How do I fix it?

Hi Charlie P I'm Skyler. Your problem could be caused by alot of different things. To help see what might be happening please download and run Speccy https://www.piriform...wnload/standard. When you're done click file, then publish snapsot. This will give you an URL to publish here.
