guys... my windows is saying that' cortana is not available for this version of windows, its Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB. I do want cortana. any manual method

my windows is saying that' cortana is not available for this version of windows, its Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB. 

 

 

Such versions of Windows are used by schools and businesses and for their own particular reasons, security being the most notable, the OSs are purchased by way of a volume licence key (VLK) agreement and the end users (pupils or employees etc) are not allowed to update or alter the OS in any way, a system admin with authority to do so may be able to as and when required.

 

I do want cortana. any manual method
