College kiddo has a newish MacBookAir. She is running Sierra (I think 10.6)
Apparently, for the last several months, she has been unable to upload photos to things like online message centers, websites (for applications, assignments, etc). Using a different browser doesn't help. No luck with Safari, or Chrome.
Within the last 2 weeks, she has been getting the rainbow pinwheel of death when trying to use Safari.
Can anyone point me to a starting place, please?
