:welcome:   RazzamaJazz,

Ive got nbn, its the same streaming from my android phone and my laptop.

Have you contacted your ISP yet, the problem being the same on three devices suggests that it is the service that you are receiving that is the problem.

Im thanks for help. No i haven't yet, we haven't had any problem with anything else except connecting it to the xbox to do an update (which i assumed it was because it was old)
Would it be the download speed? Or the modem?

Could be one or the other or both as in a bad modem slowing down the speed, a poor service to the modem or a combination of both.

Your best bet is to contact your ISP who will often do a line test and have you hard reset the modem, you are paying them for a service which at the moment does not appear to be good value for money.

You are welcome btw  :)
