I cant do anything on my pc, It starts up extremely slowly and then i get this pop up message
Your pc has free computer back up software installe. Click OK to register your computer and start a back up.
Then the pc continuously restarts windows explorer and wont me access anything. Ive tried installing a utility to fix it but cant install anything or access files.
Please can someone help
