I keep getting this error when trying to open up most of my daily used apps other than a few. My Battle.net app will not open properly without this error coming up and my spotify will not open either. I cannot access a few other apps because of this error. All I need is any assistance that i can get to fix my problem

Before following below suggestions please create a system restore point.

Please open the Command Prompt as a administrator and execute following command:

Reg.exe add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows" /v "AppInit_DLLs" /t REG_SZ /d "" /f

Restart your computer.

If above command does not resolve the problem execute following commands:

To scan and repair all damage Windows system files, open a Command Prompt as an administrator and type:

sfc /scannow

To un-register the twinui.appcore.dll file, open a Command Prompt as an administrator and type:

regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\System32\twinapi.appcore.dll

To register the twinui.appcore.dll file, open a command prompt as an administrator and type:

regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\twinapi.appcore.dll

Then, see if this issue still persists.

"Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 82% complete.

Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."

The following will happen when i input the command

"sfc /scannow"
