Dear all,

I was running my windows 7 and suddenly it shut down by itself(Actually this is not the first time).Usually i just simply turn it on again and there's no problem afterward. But this time, It tells me to launch startup repair , and after I choose the startup repair option I have this blue screen says:

stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a sta(i can't read the rest)
tus system of 0x00000001 (0xc0000001 0x00100408).
The system has been shutdown.

Could someone help me? I have a jobs file that haven't been backup. Thank you very much

Best
