I have been looking through turtorials on how to fix this but non have worked.

I went thorough:
-Bios ulitilty
-Enable and disables
-Unistalled and reinstalled my wireless
-Went through different settings

I entered ipconfig /release and it stated that media is disconnected.

I haven't been able to go on the internet on my newly brought vostro desktop.

What is the full model number?

Open Device Manager, expand Network Connections. Are there any yellow or red marks there?

If not, post the output of ipconfig /all in a reply here. I'm interested in the info similar to this:

Ethernet adapter Ethernet:

I have a vostro 230 desktop 28th window 7 proffessional.

I went to the network adapters and there are red or yellow marks. The devices are all working properly.

If only we can attach pictures but for the ipconfig /all here is what it says.

Windows IP Configuration
Host name: Owner PC
Primary DNS Suffix:
Node Type:Hybrid
IP Routing enabled:No
WINS Proxy Enabled:No

Wireless Lan adapter Wireless Network Connection:

Media State: Media Disconnected
Connection-specific DNS Suffix:
Description:DW1525 <802.11n> WLAN PCIe Card
DHCP Enabled:Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled: Yes

I'm not using Ethernet since I dont have a cable but it also states that media is disconnected and that's the same for the two tunnel adapters.

(Also for the 2 Tunnel Adapters for the DHCP Enabled: No (Autoconfiguration Enabled: Yes)
