I was doing a system reset on my HP Pavilion g6-1d01dx Notebook PC and now when I turn it on all I get is a blue error screen with a stop code 0xc000021a. Can't get into system restore by the f11 key don't have any disc's or usb recovery either. What do I need to do? PLEASE HELP

Does it boot to Safe Mode?

(Reboot and when you see the maker's logo, hear a beep or it talks about F8, start tapping the F8 key slowly. Keep tapping until the Safe Mode Menu appears and choose Safe Mode with Networking. Login with your usual login.)

Can you get a FRST log?
