Hi my daughters have a HP 20 all in one PC. Has been working totally fine. Today it will not switch on or power up at all. I have checked the power supply, and its pins, and changed the fuse etc and nothing has helped. I have ordered an new power supply charger but I do not even know if it is that. Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

If possible I would get the present power adaptor tested, a local tech store or electrician should do this, they may charge a small fee so best check with them first.

If still under any warranty I would take this up with the merchant that sold you the computer.
