I was changing the settings from 800x600 to 640 by 480, clicked on apply...now my window is too large for me to change back to 800 by 600...cant seem to get the window high enough to click on the apply button after changing the pixel size please tell me how to change the window to a smaller size so i can make the change

I ran into that a while back. While I can't reproduce the problem now, I think I tried ESC without luck and then found a simple press of right arrow and ENTER worked.

Pressing Alt+Space on your keyboard should give you the option to select Move to move the window so you can see the rest of it. (Move is marked when I press Alt+Space, but I use Windows Xp at the moment, so it may not be the same on Win98)
