I tried to install Windows 10 pro on WD 320GB.
But after some processing windows shows it cant be done, HDD may fail.
So i installed OS on WD 1TB which was my backup HDD but Without knowing I installed on a logical partition.
Windows 10 Pro installed and working fine.
Now when i tried to remove WD320 Gb hdd POST showing Windows OS is missing.
when i connect it back OS is booting from WD 1Tb .

How can i remove WD320Gb and without  effecting WD 1TB?

Sorry rejudbz but not understanding what you mean by "Now when i tried to remove WD320 Gb hdd POST showing Windows OS is missing."

Do you mean that you tried to install Windows 10 on a 320Gb partition that you created on the same 1TB WD HDD where Windows 10 then went on to to install without issue.

If Windows 10 did not successfully install to the 320GB WD HDD then the process will have been aborted and no traces of the attempted Windows 10 install left on the drive.
