Slowness

I just got my laptop(brand new) last friday and I thought it was just being slow because it needed its updates but it has all of its updates now and still being slow. Now it wont even let me watch netflix when before it did and kicks me off of things. I only downloaded netflix, hulu, and watpad. Can you help?
