i refilled my black cartridge, the printer detects the cartridge too...but when i print, its blank pages...just cant figure out the issue. when tab on lower side of the cartridge the ink doesn't come out. though the sponge inside the cartridge is soaked in ink fully. plz help.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the printer and what version of Windows are you running.

 

Couple of questions;

 

Has the printer previously worked without issue on this same computer.

 

Does colour print ok.
