Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Checkmark the following boxes:

Flush DNS
Reset FF proxy Settings
Reset Ie Proxy Settings
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)

Something has messed Windows up and being that you download torrents you may need to seek the help of the GTG malware removal staff.

 

Is BullGuard a free or paid for product.

 

Do you have a Windows 7 installation DVD, you may need one to do a repair installation of Windows.

Bullguard is a paid for anti-virus I have and I'll get rid of Bit torrent if it is that and I do not have an installation DVD

What I would suggest you do;

 

Uninstall qBittorrent.

 

Follow the GTG malware redirection information below;

 

I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder (free) write the info down, store it safe and share it with nobody.

 

If your OS is the OEM type as installed by Dell or HP etc your product key may not be accepted by MS and them advising you to contact your hardware manufacturer

How do I check if its an OEM type...?

 

Edit: nvm I found out it is an OEM media type so I will have to go to my computer's maker

You have nothing to lose by at least trying the ISO download from Microsoft, the information was provided to make you aware of what can happen so you will at least not be caught off guard if you do get the said message from MS.
