qBittorrent 3.3.11 (HKLM-x32\...\qBittorrent) (Version: 3.3.11 - The qBittorrent project)

Something has messed Windows up and being that you download torrents you may need to seek the help of the GTG malware removal staff.

Is BullGuard a free or paid for product.

Do you have a Windows 7 installation DVD, you may need one to do a repair installation of Windows.

What I would suggest you do;

Uninstall qBittorrent.

Follow the GTG malware redirection information below;

I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.

If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

Create your own Windows 7 media using the MS guide here

You are welcome  :)

Will be looking in to see how you get on and can I suggest that sort out your Windows 7 ISO while waiting on a reply to your malware removal thread.

Just to add, can you please edit your OP on the malware forum to let them know that you had been advised to uninstall qBittorrent and include a link to this thread so that the malware expert can see what has been done here.

Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder (free) write the info down, store it safe and share it with nobody.

If your OS is the OEM type as installed by Dell or HP etc your product key may not be accepted by MS and them advising you to contact your hardware manufacturer

You have nothing to lose by at least trying the ISO download from Microsoft, the information was provided to make you aware of what can happen so you will at least not be caught off guard if you do get the said message from MS.

It is important that you also include this information at the top of the page in your malware thread.

Edit to add:

As post in members malware thread;

Hi, sorry for this, but I decided to send my PC into the shop that I got it made from. They will try to fix the problem (and make a recovery partition too)
