I've had a problem with my memory usage recently. While sitting at idle it would be using 90% of the memory. I found out that when i checked the box to automatically let windows manage the paging file size it fixed the problem, but after a few days it would start doing the same thing until i uncheck the box and apply it again with it checked. Works fine for a few days again after I do this.
