Would this laptop be sufficient for two years of studies for grad school? I will mostly be using excel and just need a computer that is fast enough to handle Microsoft programs and internet. I don't want a computer that is too slow. I had a cheap acer before that wasn't sufficient. I know very little about tech. This is the laptop I'm looking at:

Dell Latitude 12 7000 Series E7240 Refurbished Ultrabook Laptop, 12.5" Screen, Intel® Core i5, 8GB Memory, 128GB Solid State Drive, Windows® 10, OD5-30053

Thanks for any help.

I would want to update the ssd to at least 256 so you have room for your apps and data.  On the other hand its an ultrabook, so I don't know how upgradeable it is.  You can always use an external hard drive or thumb drives if needed.
