Well,

I came home to my computer this morning and found it totally screwed up. I've been dealing with pop-ups all day and I've run numerous programs that I had already and a good number I found through this forum, including:

-Bazooka Scanner
-Clean up!
-CWShredder.exe
-Ewido Security Suite
-HijackThis.exe
-Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal
-Registry Mechanic
-Spybot - Search and Destroy
-Spyware Doctor
-I purchased and used Sunbelt Software Counterspy
-TDS-3
-I also ran Trend Housecall

I believe I have managed to get rid of the pop-ups, but, I'm still having icons randomly show up on my desktop and Bazooka tells me that I still have WinAdTools, though I've got through all the steps to get rid of it.

I am also, upon startup, getting an error:

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what this means.

Here is my HijackThis.exe Log:
