I'm looking for an app to help collect video messages from friends around the world for my mothers 70th birthday.

Ideally, I send a link, person accesses link that opens a file upload interface, they then upload their video file, it saves to my folder.

I'm not sure if this exists??

Sadly there is no such an app you just described. Would be pretty much the same time just to ask your friends to send you their messages.

You could use google drive, Dropbox and either setup as a public folder or share that folder by sending them a link
