Windows 10 randomly crashing (Resolved).

Normally suggests a software issue such as a missing driver etc.

 

How did the reset work out for you.

It just froze on the restarting now screen all night. In the morning a pressed reset on the case and it all reinstalled itself.

Since then it has been fine. I have got most programmes back on it, and it is stable

In addition to what phillpower2 said, did you do an antivirus scan?
