Do different computers have different services running in the Windows Task Manager Services Tab? They shouldn't be identical to another computer, is that right? Thank you

Different versions of Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8.1, 10, Home, Pro, 32-bit, 64-bit etc) will have different services running and even like for like OSs can have different services running as the end user can manually disable some services if they don`t need them.
