Remote access for CCTV

I had my CCTV system set up for remote access so I could view the cameras on my phone, I accidentally deleted the app from my phone how could I find out my DNS address to remote access my CCTV on my phone again. I cant login my router as I cant remember the password for the router

Most routers have a almost hidden reset button that resets everything in the router back to the factory defaults ... including the original administrator's username and password.
