This is really a continuation of a problem going on for a year or more, but my earlier posts have become stagnant due to the long periods of time between suggestions offered and then implementing with the help of a more computer savvy helper.
Processor was repasted, more powerful power supply added and then newer video card. Reboot now occurs earlier in the export.
And I still never get notifications though I have noted that several times.

Does the same problem occur when using different video software? If no, then my guess would be there is a compatibility problem with Premier Pro.

How much RAM do you have? The last few years Premiere Pro eats whatever you feed him and that's the problem. My wife is a video editor and she has 32 gigs of RAM and Premiere says that this is very small RAM capacity to run properly. You need to ignore that message in almost every project.
And another critical point for the premiere is SSD. The faster, the better.
