Took over daughter's Laptop...need it to be a bit faster

My daughter left off to college with a brand new laptop...but I still think the one I'm typing on has some life to it.  Just need to get all the teenage crap off of it and make it spiffy again.  I do not want to just reformat it as there are some files still on it...just needs some good scans and tricks that geeks2go has always been great in providing! Thanks in advance   PC info attached

Here are a few suggestions if you dont want to complete reset Windows 10.

 

1. Downloadand run CCleaner to clean your browser or browsers all up. Make sure you understand and only select the items you want it to remove before running.

2. Download and Run

3. Run Disk Cleanup tool

4. Download and Run Malwarebytes to clean up and malware, etc.
