1) All Windows Updates installed?

2) New PSU installed?

3) Is "Dell DataSafe Online" still running?

1) Excellent.

2) You're computer will never run right with our of spec voltages.

3) Your Speecy report showed:

Services]

...

Running: Dell DataSafe Online

and

Process List

...
NOBuAgent.exe
Process ID: 2176
User: SYSTEM
Domain: NT AUTHORITY
Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell\Dell Datasafe Online\NOBuAgent.exe
Memory Usage: 3.86 MB

Peak Memory Usage: 6.72 MB

Press [Ctrl][Esc], type services.msc and then Stop "Dell DataSafe Online" and/or "NOBUAgent.exe", then reboot and recheck to see if it's running again. If it is, you may want to uninstall it (as it could be why your Activity Light is constantly blinking). If you do want to uninstall it. press [Ctrl][Esc], type appwiz.cpl, right-click Dell DataSafe Online and select "Uninstall".

4) How much free space do you have on drive C: now? (Press [Winkey][E], right-clck your drive C: and select "Properties).

Possibly Windows Updates. You might want to download, install and run CCleaner (FREE version) and see if it can free up a bit more.

Then you'll need to either uninstall some programs you no longer use, move some of your personal files off onto another drive, or replace that drive with a larger one ... or maybe a combination of all of the above. Time to "clean out the closets", or "garage", etc. You get the idea. :)
