Best Windows OS 2 in 1 or Tablet with keyboard

Hi, I'm looking for advise as I want to buy a tablet with keyboard or 2 in 1 for when I travel for work. I can't spend top of the range, more lower to mid - but my main priorities are speed - to multi-task, light in weight and windows OS. I am only looking for small, 10.5" screen or close to that, but not smaller. Speed is essential. I would love some advise and recommendations. I'm not super techy when it comes to these things, so would love to hear your views. Thank you in advance
