My wife wants to use Windows XP (she just does). I know you'll run into problems getting it to install on modern laptops, so What's the best laptop to run the OS natively? No virtual machines, just boot straight into the OS, the newer the better.

Because Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft, many hardware/software providers and web browsers it is highly unlikely that you will find an out of the box recent spec new notebook, have you considered a refurbished notebook that is already running XP, some examples that are available in the UK here
