Event: 7039 Source: Service Control Manager
A service process other than the one launched by the Service Control Manager connected when starting the NVIDIA Streamer Service service. The Service Control Manager launched process 2228 and process 2736 connected instead. Note that if this service is configured to start under a debugger, this behavior is expected.
The WebCache folder never showed itself under the new account. I went back to the old account where I could see the folder and file and claimed ownership there. Was this correct?
