Just wondering: is there a current shortage of Geeks to Go staff who provide assistance with the Malware removal forum? I notice over the last couple of weeks that only one or two people are actually available to provide assistance. I have been checking my request during this time and I haven't gotten a response yet, even after posting in the Waiting Room forum.
There are also others like me who have not had a response yet for some time. Hopefully things will return to normal soon?
