You need to associate a program to view the .png files

follow the steps below:
1. Right click on any of the .png files you are,trying to open
2. Select Open With and click Change Default program
3. Select the Windows Photo Viewer in the list or any program you want to open these type of files
4. Place a check mark for “Always use a selected program to open this kind of file”.
