I bought a windows pc for the first time, thinking to get rid of mac as it has too many limitations. All my work is email oriented and I have tons of emails on my apple mail email client and also I have saved a lot of them on my hard drive as .mbox files after exporting them from apple mail. So how can I export all these files from Apple Mail to Outlook 2016 for Windows PC?

There isn't a clean way of doing this.  Here are steps you can take:

  1. On your Outlook for Mac, export your Apple Mac Mail to OLM file: https://support.offi...d5-6bda80ca3106
  2. Setup a new Microsoft account (Hotmail.com or Outlook.com) in Outlook for Mac.
  3. Import the exported OLM file to this Microsoft account: https://support.offi...&rs=en-US&ad=US
  4. Setup this Microsoft account on Outlook for Windows machine.
  5. Then all Apple Mac Mail would be synced in Windows with Microsoft account, you can export it to PST file in Windows.
