Can't get computer screen off of no bootable drive after replacing hard drive?

Mew hard drives are blank (empty). You have to install an Operating System (such as Windows, Linux, etc.) on it in order for the computer to boot up and into the Operating System.

Without some type of Operating System a computer is useless.
