Computers can be fickle and may not like certain devices or software, some CD/DVD drives not liking certain brands of disk is a well known issue and Dell computers not cooperating with third party replacement hardware such as notebook batteries and chargers is another.

something serious, if the drivers are the same clear by 2.0 is for all, should work now the problem possible problem be the USB memories that somehow are having connection problems with the pins, are loose or other hardware defect. clean of any dirt you have.
