But I have an issue with opening PDF document. Several days ago, I tried to open my working pdf document, and when I did it, I didn't see many of last changed I had done before.

Maybe when you last saved the .pdf for some reason the "save" did not take effect.

Have you tried to make some other easily identified alteration to your .pdf file, save the changes and then see if the change took effect?
