Yeah, I figured the forum cut me off, but it was late, and I just could not be bothered for a do-over. Anyway, the post should of read something like this:

 

My Chromodo seems to have been invaded by PrivDog, which Google tells me is some sort of spyware/adware combo. I have a Tech guy on retainer, and he will be doing a housecall in couple weeks, so I'm sure he can give it the boot. Until then, I much need to know if the spying activities of PrivDog is confined to Chromodo, or can it spy on my other browsers (IceDragon, SRWare Iron, and SeaMonkey), even if Chromodo is not open?

If you are concerned about the prospect of spyware on your computer then it would be wise to post your logs in our Virus and Spyware removal forum ( link in my previous post)

 

An expert there will be able to analyse your logs and determine a suitable way forward for you ( including further scans/disinfection if necessary)

Alternatively if you prefer to take this computer temporarily out of service and wait for your support technician to call this would be an alternative strategy.
