This is the IP info on your PC:

  IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.20.10

        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0

        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.20.1

Your Printer is going to need an address assigned to it in the 192.168.20.  range so pick one.  Say 123

Check it by trying to ping it:

Start, All Programs, Accessories then hit Command Prompt.  Type:

ping 192.168.20.123

and hit Enter.  You should get 4 failed pings which means the address is not in use.  Go to the menu on your printer and see if you can figure out how to set the IP address to 192.168.20.123 with mask 255.255.255.0 and default gateway of 192.168.20.1 (tho a printer really shouldn't need it).
