With a W10 desktop ...

a. How can I easily determine the full path of a photo that I am viewing?; and

b. Is there a way to rename photos carrying designations like "img_abcd.jpg" to something more informative like "Joe at Atlantic city"?

Thanks. ....batpark

a. Depends on what program you are using to view the photo. Fo instance, if you are using Photos in Windows 10 you can click on the ... at top right and select File Info.

b. Where are you when you want to do the rename, in File Explorer? If so, select the file, right click and select Rename or press F2 then type the new name and press Enter. It will select the name and not the file extension.
