Setting up a File to receive all downloaded photos

I am forever have trouble finding photos that I have downloaded from email attachments. I use a W10 desktop PC, with Chrome browser and Yahoo mail.

 

Would someone please tell me how I setup a folder, say C:\DownloadedMailPhotos, and adjust my settings so that all downloads from emails are stored here?

I am not sure it is possible to setup a folder to download to. You can setup filters and send all emails with attachments or other rules to go to a certain mail folder. see below for more information
