deleting scan results after Ad-aware

I ran Ad-aware and it found 467 log files. I was instructed to delete all of them but I am concerned that I will be deleting crucial material. How do you know which files are a theat serious threat and which are really invasive ad ware? Won't deleting everything cause a serious access problem in the future?
