The Malwarebytes research team has determined that FF Reliable Surfing is a search hijacker and forced Firefox extension as described here.

The extension closes about:addons so the user can not remove the extension manually.
But if you would start Firefox in Safe Mode, you would see this entry in your list of installed extensions:
