It all started when my PC was acting funny, so I ran malewarebytes then I did a recover to earlier time but know it is really bad
  I can for instance not log into this site properly  if I use chrome , I can go to this site but it will not allow me to log in to post.  I have to use internet explorer no problem . This also is the same situation when I try logging into my banks site. Any help would be great.

You mentioned that you ran Malwarebytes and then recovered to an earlier time. Have you re-ran Malwarebytes or any other scans since restoring? If not, then I suggest that is where we start.

Not seeing anything untoward in Speccy other than high memory usage, that could be down to MBAM, will leave that for dmccoy to sort with you and would just suggest the following;

Disable the Avast SafeZone browser plug in and unsinstall and reinstall Chrome to see if that helps.

Let's make sure you are all clean first. Please perform the following steps.

Step 2.

Rkill

  1. Download Rkill from the below link.

  3. RKill will now start working in the background, please be patient while this utiltiy looks for malicious process and tries to end them
  4. When the Rkill tool has completed its task, it will generate a log. Do not reboot your computer after running RKill as the malware programs will start again
  5. Upload or Paste your Log file to next reply

Step 3

Adware Cleaner

Download https://toolslib.net...loads/finish/1/ to your desktop.

  • Important! Before starting AdwCleaner, close all open programs and internet browsers.

  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or 7, right-mouse click it and select Run as administrator.
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete, depending on your system's specifications.

  • Please post the contents of JRT.txt into your reply.
