I apologize for the delay. Lets try this out:

 

Step 1 of 1: Visual C++ Runtime Installer by Burf at MajorGeeks

• Restart your computer

• Download this tool

• Right-click and select "Run as Administrator". Ensure that you Press "Y" on your keyboard at the screen where it asks you if you want to remove current Visual C++ Runtimes and install those packaged with the installer. 

• Restart your computer, and try running Adwcleaner again
