Laptop starts up only in low resolution option under safe mode menu

The centre polarity pin is in good shape, not bent nor loose and the DC Jack port is also secure. The batter shows 70% left when the laptop shut down. 

I have been trying to do adjust the position of the AC adopter like before but so far no luck at all. I don't know anybody who know how to fix computer or done soldering.

If it is not that difficult, I guess I would give it a try.
