Hi Guys,

I've been trying to find an answer to this for a long time

I have an auto refresh extension on chrome, the last thing I need is to have it start automatically when chrome is opened.

Anyone have a solution?

Which extension do you have exactly?  There are several Auto Refresh extensions available.  The best seems to be Auto Refresh Plus.  Once you install it you can click on its icon then on the gear and you will see a lot of useful options.  It has a Start Timer and also an option to choose a particular website to refresh.
