My operating system is  windows 7 pro and i have Office 2007 installed.I have read that office 2007 has been retired.I use Outlook for internet connection and email.I also use it for contacts.I don`t use any other part of the office package. My question is if i update my office package to a newer version do i have to remove the existing office 2007 first? If so what happens to my contacts and internet setup for email? Will i lose everything thats setup already or can i just instal a new version of Office? I have to say i am not that really clued up on computers but get by!

Thanks for the reply to my post SpywareDr. I have tried using the link you have provided and get taken a site that seems to be covered in adverts and is very difficulr to navigate! I end up being offered with 2016 downloads which i try.It then shifts to another site and i cannot find how to just download office 2010.It is very confusing.

Thank you for the reply and apologies for the the delay in replying SpywareDr. I tried the link you provided and it asked for my Licence which i provided. It obviously checked it and came back and said Office 2007 has been retired! It then wants me to take Office 365.I have purchased Office 2010 and upgraded 2007.Its seems to be ok and has not asked for validation as yet.So thank you for your time and help.
