Since the accident, I replaced screen & lost all power in to laptop. Scared it fried but put ole screen back in, then met with power struggle, but think new 2032 cmos battery, & hard reset hopefully solved that problem.

LAST MONTH:

Hi, I'm needing help with my TOSHIBA SATELITE C55A Win10 laptop.

SATA/USB, USB & DVD quit.

& it won't stay on top of left untouched for 5min. or so.
